GUARANTEE OF OUR JEWELS

-All our jewellery is made of 750 mm (18K) gold as required by the Precious Metals Act.

You can buy with absolute peace of mind that you will receive a jewel of the highest quality.

- Our pieces are guaranteed by manufacturing defect. We also have an insurance that will cover any problem that may arise in transport. However, the guarantee does not cover jewellery that has been damaged by misuse or manipulated.

- Watches: The guarantee of the watches will depend on the brand and the regulations in force in this respect.

It is very important that you carefully keep the guarantee of your watch that we will send properly sealed, because this will be essential to qualify for the benefits of it.

RETURNS

- We are so sure of our jewellery that we give you 15 days to exchange or return it. These 15 days will start counting from the delivery date confirmed by SEUR.

- The costs of return or exchange will be borne by the customer.

- To accept the return or exchange the jewel must arrive in optimal condition, as it was sent. Returns of products that have been manipulated or used by the client will never be accepted.

- Procedure for the return of products:

- Cover the "CONTACT" form indicating in "SUBJECT": Return; and in "COMMENTARY" the causes of the return.

It is very important that you cover all the sections and that you check that the telephone number is correct, so that we can contact you.

- The total amount of the piece will be refunded once we have received it in perfect condition within the established deadlines.
