- The price of all products includes 21% VAT.
- We will not charge shipping costs on orders of 100 euros or more.
- For products under 100 euros we will charge 10 euros shipping costs.

- The price of our jewels will vary depending on the price of gold. You will pay according to the price in force on the day the order is confirmed.
- We do not charge for the engraving of our jewellery, which will be by hand whenever possible.
SHIPMENTS AND DELIVERY TIMES
- The articles will be sent through SEUR and includes an insurance that covers the cost of the piece.
- We undertake to deliver your products within a maximum of 4 working days for the peninsula and 5 working days for the Balearic Islands. These periods count from the moment the payment is confirmed.
- Delivery times depend on SEUR.
- If after 5 days of an order the payment has not been formalized, it will lose its validity.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
The payment in Solid Gold will be:
-Credit or debit card through Banco Santander's virtual POS and only accepts cards with Secure Payment.
-Paypal
-Bank Transfer or Bank Deposit. The deposit or transfer to our account must be within three business days. Otherwise the order is cancelled, due to the fluctuation of gold.
